Hi All,
The club competition/open day/AGM was today and I managed 2 seconds. Penmaking and Pyrography.

Congratulations Don, as the others have alreasdy said .. I wouldn't mind seeing the winners if these could only manage second .. :goesred:

Both great news mate in our Club we have a really strong Woodburning Special Interest group they often come up beating the likes of Richard Raffan asnd other el supremos. since the others remain anonymous in your club I along with the previous people salute your entry and result our club has around 500 members.

Our AGM is held on the same day as the competition, (actually while the judging is taking place), and we now have 156 members with 13 applications on hold, so competition is quite keen in some sections.
We have a Novice Section which is open to new members for 2 years, after that they " join the big boys and girls ".
