Nice baron Keith, that's the first that i have seen using Spalted beech, no matter what wood is thrown at the baron it always comes up trumps. :thumbs:

Its my favourite pen at the moment Jim. Easy to make and looks good. I thought the spalted beech may have been difficult to finish with it being sort of open grained but it turned out well. Hopefully sell this one at work next week

I bought it from timberbits in australia Alan. Have a look at their website. From memory I think its 10 aussie dollars.
