Well had a tree surgeon in today to take down a conifer tree which we let get to big.

I measured it at the cut and it is 37inches diameter but being a very soft wood not much use to turners. I got them to leave the stump a little tall as not 100% sure what to do with it may just cut it shorter and hollow the centre and fill it with flowers.

A before and after they will be coming back to take the trunk away
