Garno paid me a visit today and made a very very nice donation of his lathe and some chisels to our veterans it’s a very nice little lathe which will be a massive help with PTSD I have thought many veterans to do Woodturning and they all say what a big help it is when turning the demons that haunt them big time just melt away I have had veterans turn up with massive mental problems and with very little help from our bloody government.

Thank you Gary that is such a wonderful gift it will be going to Abbots Langley veterans centre I have sent them some photos and they are so thankful to you God bless you my friend.

We sat in my work shop for a few hours chatting and boy he can talk the hind legs off a donkey lol but it was great chatting to a like minded man

Woody it was an absolute pleasure,

It's not often I can corner someone and chat away for hours on end lol.
It's a wonderful thing you are doing for veterans and for that I can not thank you enough.

If I come across anything else I feel would benefit I will get it to you.

Could of made me a brew though :funny::funny::funny:

My responses to a mens shed have been forthcoming and productive, Given 4 thousand pen blanks around australia and a large number for pens for the troops. I applaud what you did Garno.

It was a no brainer for me really Pete, I even got to meet someone who's turning I think is amongst the best around.

had a really enjoyable day and came away with an open invitation to visit again
