For the last couple of years I've been 3D printing things I could pour silicone into to make "tube in" pen blank moulds.
I've got so many now that they're a pain in the posterior to keep track of which is which.

I was grumbling about this to the missus and she said, why not put the name of the kit on the mould.

After picking myself up off the floor and realising I'm a bright bloke but have been a bit divvy on this one, I did as I was told.

This should make things easier going forward.

Ah but what if two kits use the same tube?? :thinks:

I suppose as you have 4 sides you could put another name on another side :thumbs:

Hmm Good question, Well presented, Deserves an answer.

Fortunately I am not qualified enough to give said answer, however that has not stopped me posting this :whistling:

Silly boy Mark just put the names on either side if you have more there are the two ends and bottom after that you are buggered :whistling:

Write down on some paper what it can be used for and staple to the mould :wink:

I got a filling cabinet drawer full of things I have written down. When ever I look in there I wonder what the heck I was thinking/doing at the time. :sob:

I have this issue with my handwriting. I scribble pertinent points down in a pad during work meetings (I work for the government, but please don't hold that against me!) and by the time I come to review those notes they may as well be written in Swahili!

I tend to write in capitals only to combat this, but even then I have moments where I'm thinking "Was I high?"
