    Here is the promised photo of my first pen of the year. The new monkey suit we are issued with at work dont have pockets on the shirts so had to make a small necklace pen. Made from a 5.56 case and a .223 case.

    I made this for a lady who has enjoyed watching goldfinches in her garden during lockdown. She asked for something to capture the essence of them, so I made the blank myself. (Why couldn’t she have picked Blackbirds instead?). Anyway I think it’s pretty close. Cheers Ash

    Celluloid Acrylic Sirocco

    I was asked to make a pen for someone who has difficulty holding a Round bodied pe. No suitable Acrylic blanks were available so made my own Octagonal Celluloid acrylic from Conway Stewart.
