Hi all you good people.I thought I would give a brief review of the delux pen press I have purchased from Beaufort Ink.As well as being used to assemble pen kits it can also be used to disassemble them.If your'e fed up with using transfer punches and having bits fly into the nethermost regions of your workshop then look no further. It comes with six rods to fit most pen tubes and a bush to help get the mechanisms out of 7mm twist pens.
The quality of build and engineering is top class,a lot of R&D has obviously gone into this product as I cannot find anything that needs any tweaking.I have just used it to remove and refit the end caps of a couple of twist pens in order to replace the clips.A doddle to remove and replace.
Full details including pics, description, instructions and price can be found on the Beaufort Ink website.
All in all a great product.
