It's been a long time since I have turned a pen......so I did...

Burr Wych Elm which was a pleasure to turn. A good looking wood....wish I had more of it.

Good job, Frederick, that's a good looking pen....and the good thing about photographing a pen is it doesnt matter if its sideways or upside down.
Elm is one of my favourite timbers too.

Good looking pen Frederick,the European is one of my favourite kits.A little more skill than a slimline and they are popular with craft fair customers.
Been a long time been a lonely lonely lonely lonely time.Wish I could sing like Robert Plant!:winking:
