    Capstan and Turret lathes used lever feed as they were designed for repetitive work. For ordinary lathes, both metalwork and woodwork they’re hardly worth it. You could make your own if you want to though:

    drill using a press and removed the three spokes ,replaced them with a car steering wheel,love it.

    I found this review on amazon.

    This is a pretty small chuck. It doesn't really specify what size chuck, so I took a shot. I was hoping it could be useful for drilling for Pen Turning, but since it's so small, I can't really use it. I can however maybe use it as a pen press to press the hardware together.
