Is the Elegant Beauty Pen Kit the same as the Lucida in other words only difference being the name?

The TM zeta and the Timberbits Lucinda are identical, and there is one pen kit out there called an elegant beauty which is the same and preceded both those named. There is also a Rizheng kit called Elegant Beauty which others have called an Executive Sierra, it has a 27/64 tube. Hope this helps.
