:goesred: You're right Eamonn, just checked with the eye glass. I'll sort it tomorrow. The blank was only long enough to just squeak a Zeta out of it, so I was obviously too overcautious on the sanding!

I spotted the gap too, but thought it was the light on the metalwork :whistling:

Actually, so did I!
Never mind, there's enough room to take it back a bit even if it means reducing the tube a tad.

Thanks guys. Sorted the gap, first time I've had to take a Zeta apart, it wasn't easy!:thumbs:

The gap used to mean the spark plug gap on the motor bike or car spark plugs. Thanks for showing your pen finished your usual way Neil more power to you.
