Just an update to the Rhondda Tunnel Society pens, that I started to make for them. To date, 55 pens made and posted to the members of the society, all made with the teak rail track keys from the tunnel. They are selling well, with half of the cost of each pen donated to the Rhondda Tunnel fund.
Set comprises of, two Mistrals, fountain and roller, two Omegas, fountain and roller and one of each of the Zephyr and Sirocco, ball points.
Not to many of the blocks available now, most are rotten, water damaged.
Many thanks to Eamonn (silver) for making me the cracking wood box.
Kelvin

Those are beautiful sets.

Do you buy the boxes in or are they made for you?

Hi Gary, I make the boxes to order.

Usually hand made with my plunge router but just trialling a cnc for the bigger boxes at he moment. Finding that the the bigger they are the more difficult it is to get the jigs to sit square and accurately on the sled.

I don’t proclaim that any of my boxes are my perfect as they are made in my workshop, using everyday power and hand tools.

Click on the link below to see a selection of boxes, you can always PM me if you want anything special
