Thanks for all the comments on an earlier pen.

I was half way through making this one, so some of the feedback has been incorporated, some hasn’t but will be on the next one

So - thread shortened, nib sunk further into the section. There is still the cut behind the barrel thread, I’ve tried to add in some contrast between the wood and Acrylic blank.

I found the bog oak tough to work with but love the deep black - it will polish up well.

13 mm .75 barrel thread and 15 mm max diameter cap and barrel.

As always, feedback most appreciated.

Very nice, there's a lot of work gone into that, I hate polishing dark colours :sob::sob:
