My neighbour saw my first stained glass window pen and wanted to buy something similar for the local minister's wife, but I only had a couple of hours to make it.
The tube was just glued in with CA to save time and one end blew just as I was finishing turning. Both ends were turned off and replaced with Cocobolo and brass spacers.
The main body is Elm and the window Frogwood. I think that the pen blowin up was a happy accident as the recipient is well pleased.
