So I didn't much like turning this but it looks way better finished and the wife says the photo's don't do it justice.

Thanks Gary - been on hols so no turning been done, although I took some carving with me - if/when I get the finished I'll post a pic - it's totally different to pens LOL!

Certainly worth the effort..... You never know how the box elders boring to turn out..... I have a few dyed and stabalised on my bench for next :love_it::love_it:

Hi Paddy,
Just remember, the Empress will NOT take the standard ink refills one can buy from the shops. You will have to get them from Axminster direct.
