    Guilded pens

    Hi all, I recently gave a try to a new technique: leaf gilding (or should I sat gold leafing?). It is quite easy: applying some special oil called mixtion, then applying the thin metal leaf.     I thought I'd try a double Celtic knot, this pen is made from Iroko and plastic strips. I'm not sure about the outcome, maybe I should have just formed the one knot. C&C please.
