    Another One Finished

    Earlier this year I came across this under one of my benches. I started to make this one on my first lathe, I am guessing in the early 2000s I gave it to a mate, who is very partial of a beer, who would probably put Andy Capp to shame.

    Earlier on last week I mentioned I was turning a pen that suddenly changed colour on one half, Whilst sanding a small bit came away and very small holes were appearing. I only managed an 80grit and a 120grit, I felt it too risky to continue, Today when taking photo's of last weeks pens it felt...

    I am on Light Duties

    Well light repairs that is new LED bulb for my security light and replacing lights over the lathe with a LED strip why I did not do this earlier I just don't know I will have to wear sunglasses now just to do some turning.
