    Printer

Well our HP printer went to printer heaven on Monday, it must have known it was close to going in the bin. We have had a few HP printers in the past and all have been ok'ish but this one has been problematic from the start. For absolutely no reason it would just drop it's Wi-Fi connection...

    Ink type?

I am currently working on a pair of pens as a gift to a bride and groom. I am hoping they can sign the register with them, someone I know thinks there is a restriction on the ink for this use but can’t find any information on this. Anyone know anything please?

    Red Pen

I hesitated over posting this as I'm pretty sure you're getting bored by now but this is my little nod to Beaufort Ink. Phil was very helpful to me when I started down the road of kitless pens so I wanted to share one that I made entirely from his products. It's a single piece of Semplicita...

    One of my better pens

This is a TM Zeta in gold and gunmetal. The woods are beech and walnut with alluminiumapex top and bottom. The top bands are green, red and yellow guitar picks. The scollop at the bottom is kirnite. Have been turning pens 8 months now and really enjoy segmented pens.

Ink proofing cap of wood pens

Hi all, sorry if this question has been posted before. I am using one of my all wood fountain pens and notice that ink is being absorbed through the wood in the cap. This is an all wood pen so no metal tubing. There’s probably not much I can do with this pen but for future builds the only...

    Harry Potter...

This one was fun to make. Themed with Harry Potter in mind, this custom fountain pen features oak from Christ Church, Oxford, the staging site for the “Great Hall” scenes in the Harry Potter films. The pen is then trimmed (and with internal sleeves) from brown alumilite. The “lightning bolt”...
