    Second stained glass window

My neighbour saw my first stained glass window pen and wanted to buy something similar for the local minister's wife, but I only had a couple of hours to make it. The tube was just glued in with CA to save time and one end blew just as I was finishing turning. Both ends were turned off and...

    Stabilised Cherry for May challenge

Had this Spalted Cherry sitting around teasing me for a few years now. Far to punky to use as it was, but at last I got set up to stabilise it. I am rather pleased with the results and have plenty more to play with. And it helped me relax for 20 mins this afternoon before a busy weekend kicks off.

    Gutted or what!

The transport mechanism got stuck, just could not save it. Drilled out the brass tube with a 6mm drill. Not sure if a another mechanism will fit or not. All day working on that body and I was quet pleased with it. It was a Beech and Iroko laminate out of the scrap box. Still, never mind; try...
