    Pair of Mistrals in an oak burr

    Evening all, the fountain pen has a Bock nib (fine) otherwise it's a normal kit. I prefer the metal to match up. The burr is from Linga Terra - otherwise known as Dave. Turning was a steady process of taking a bit off - filling in the holes - taking a bit more - filling in the holes - et al. But...

    Flat top with aussie burl

    Hi everyone, This is the result of my last efforts in the workshop. An aussie burl, not as nice and rare as the ones Penpal is showing these days, but a nice brown mallee nevertheless, that deserved to get rid of most metallic parts. Based on a Jr gent kit. C&c very welcome. Enjoy!

    A Chrome plated Fountain pen made using Salvaged Oak from a Whisky Cask used in the Maturating of Welsh Whisky from Penderyn Distillery in the Brecon Beacons.

    Beaufort Tempest

    Beaufort Tempest in Chrome. Tim Mckenzie’s DiamondCast Radiance,with Holographic polymers blank. Dry sanded to 1200, burnished then Microcrystalline finish.

    Whilst cleaning Workshop found this Closed end Fountain pen, made using Thuya Burr and has a bespoke Brass Rampant Lion clip.
