    Indexed Routing?

On the Lathe. Anyone done this. Did you buy or make a jig for the router etc, what router do you use? I’ve seen this “fluting jig” but it’s a bit expensive if I don’t end up using it much. Paul Howard Woodturner: Jigs and Things I’d also need some kind of division plates to fit my lathe as well.

Important news - I have got to the bottom of the problem. If cannot get on the forum as a result of being timed out, it isn't because the forum has gone down or that it has a problem. The problem is 99.9% certain to be to do with your IP address. Everyone online has an IP address, which is a...

Anyone else having problems accessing the site?

Every now and again I'm getting timeout errors when trying to access the forum - I've only just been able to access the site today after several days of having no access. It also happened a week, or so, ago. It appears to either be an issue with my router, or my ISP (talktalk), as I can't...

That is the question.... I have looked in to both and not looking at the specific software issues as I see those are little steps to get over and not a significant issue. What I ask is router or laser..? Simple question. What would you go for and why? Don't be shy, all you newbies and...
