    The Seam

    I posted something like this a few years ago. There are many labels, decals, and photos cast into blanks and they turn out some excellent pens. Most times only the back of the pen or the seamless side is shown. How about showing us what the seam in the graphic looks like.

    Any seam rippers in here?

    I first turned a seam ripper for my dear ol' Ma. She loved it so. And then asked for another for the wicked sister... I tried so hard to not make it look so nice but my lord that blank just popped. Pine cone hybrid blank used. Unfortunately lost most of the pine cone due to the size of the kit...

    I bought 5 seam ripper kits in two batches, the first batch came with metal springs to hold the rippers in the tubes, one of these kits came with three springs. On the second batch they came with the soft part of sticky back velcro as they no longer do the metal springs. I have tried suppliers...

    Show Me The Seam

    Many of us often cast, stick on, glue on, or somehow attach a label, decal, or some printed matter onto a pen blank. We all post photo's that show some very nice work, but rarely, if ever, do we see the ''other side'', that is the seam / joint where they wrap around and meet. I'd like to see...
