    Hi all, Turned these over the last few days. The larger one, which I believe is Chesnut, had an inclusion in towards the centre, There were no outwardly visible signs but I think it adds someting to the design. Has a thicker stem as i believed the inclusion penatrated further. Not too bad for a...

    Yet another first dip-pen!

    In Beech, tried to keep it simple and it turned out something less than delicate! Nice to write with though - being a bit thicker makes it easier for me to grip :thumbs: Learned a few things along the way, hoping the next one will be a bit better looking

    Newbie - first pens

    Hi All! Very new to this - my first slimline pens... in tulip, iroko & beech. The beech one is slightly fatter as my mother-in-law needs a thicker pen to be able to hold ok. Finished in microcrystalline wax... wanted a "wood" finish.
