10 inch Portuguese Goncalo Alves bowl

Turned today a lump of Portuguese Goncalo Alves Some times referred to as Tiger wood it made a very attractive fruit / salad bowl I purchased this piece from an old friend about a year ago he has gven up wood turning in his 90s and I want to do him proud.
Finished with a few coats sanding sealer and spray lacquer

I think both of you can be proud of that, very nice job of that and a very nice lump of timber he gave too:drool::drool:
