It depends on how much resin you buy at a time ... I buy 20kg at a time and it and get about 250 blank out of it ... with a bit of waste ... £120 for the resin and mica( well I have enough to make about 20000 blanks and that cost about £150)

no extra 0000 .... it doesn't take much mica to make a blank ... and i'm to tight to buy in 3grams at a time .. I buy it 100g at a time ... 3g cost £2 100g cost £12
