Are you sure you are thinking of using moulds with vacuum and not pressure?

Alumilite cures so quickly you wont have time to degas it would you? do you mean for stabilizing

I think there is one of the alumilites that has a working time of around 10 minutes, but I wouldn't use vacuum on it unless it was with worthless wood, but I have no idea what Alan is going to do with it.
