While I was making this I was wondering what colours to use then I saw a piece by Gary Lowe where he used Jo Sonja colours so I thought I would try them. Size 9in x 4.5in and given a lacquer finish.

That's an excellent looking vase Terry. Brilliant job. Gary Lowe is an inspirational turner and colourist, and I think your vase looks great. Looking forward to the second one.

Terry we are familiar at ours with this technique making backgrounds for our studio photography in the 70,s after Rembrandt.

When I saw your creation I closed my eyes opened I fully expected to see Georges name on the turning, it is magnificent mate and right high on quality.

Peter.

Terry I am not a fan of any coloured wood regardless of shape etc. However Imust say that this example looks stunning a credit to you mate.
