It's David and Timberbits every time for me! Without his very fair prices I would never be able to afford to make as many pens as I do. I wish him, his company and his staff the very best of luck!!!

Bob.

Hey Guys

Its David here.

Parcels are still getting sent out the SAME business day when your order is placed with us. We make it our business to make sure that orders placed before 2pm Sydney time is sent out the same day.

Orders send via Registered Airmail (USPS, Royal Mail and Singapore Post) is taking a few weeks longer because of the Christmas Rush and the postal system getting flooded with parcels - not Timberbits taking 3 weeks to pack your parcel.

Guys who order over $200AUS get their parcels within a week because TNT is doing a great job compared to Royal Mail. We get all our parcel out the same day.

We are still in business, the website was down because of a Data base upgrade. Were are still doing constant IT Infrastructure upgrades to continually improve the Timberbits website.

We have another big upgrade planned for January.

In the mean time, were still adding lots of new products and all of us at Timberbits is having a great amount of fun running this wonderful business.

I am very fortunate that I have been able to convert this hobby of mine into a thriving fun business.

Let me know if you guys have any other comments or suggestions how we can improve our business.

Regards

David

David, How about a downloadable catalogue? You're doing a good job out there and generally things are good, its just that a spark can cause a fire. Perhaps put a note on the forum when you expect downtime to keep peoples fears at bay.

Have a happy Christmas.

Yes, thanks David for looking in, the only thing I could ask is that you come and sort out the Royal Mail and get them to run as efficiently as Timberbits:thumbs:

Impressive remarks from David and forum members personally the way supplies come and go a printed catalogue would never happen I like the way he does business on his comprehensive site, the specials introducing new stuff etc and the enthusiastic marketing followed by as has been said so many times now cheap prices and enviable freight rates.

Kind regards David for continueing.
