Woody what size chuck have you ordered. Mine is a 13mm which takes the 1/2in UNF thread. I just want to know because if you have ordered a bigger chuck the thread size might be bigger. Just a thought!!!!

Terry I found that some time velcro backed has bit of give and occasionally sand slightly crooked when you have a hard and soft side.

Yes, that can be an issue with Velcro.
