Beech Hollow Form

Evening all
Another hollow form, this time from beech with an ebonised finial, size is approx. 13.75" high x 5.75" at its widest, to be fair I'm not so sure about the finial on this one, but c&c as usual is welcome

Very well done with that Andy, it looks fabulous, the finial is very well shaped also, maybe a tiny bit disproportionate. But that's just me. :drool::drool:

Real turning success Andy,very delicate finial. I read of proportions ,so called rules. To me the exception proves everything. First class turning mate.

A great form and a great finial Andy - but I agree with you that perhaps they don't belong together I'm afraid. It's a height thing I think.
