Hello Fellow Pen Makers

These are some of my favourite timbers. Hairy Oak (Dalby Queensland, Australia) and Birds-eye Huon Pine - (Tasmania, Australia). Both finished in CA satin finish.

Very nice, Randal. I love some of those Australian woods and you have turned these into very fine pens. The hairy oak looks very similar to what we in England would call holm oak.

These pens show two of my favourites as well. I rubbed my eyes when I read the title, good to know someone else who shares this feeling.Slimlines with streamline centrebands are my go to choice.

Like the pens mate thanks for sharing.

Peter.
