Just to let you know that I had a reply from a gentleman called Mike who is a member of the site. He has kindly invited me to his house on Sunday to show me how it's done. He only lives a short distance from me. By the look of his work he knows his onions as we say in the UK. Really looking forward to it. Just thought I'd let you all know.

Mikes work.

You are in very good hands Peter. Those pens look like Mike Johnson's & he is an excellent penturner. He is also a very generous man as he does a lot for us veterans.
