To me it looks like Honduran mahogany.

Grain lines and brownish colour look like that when turned, may be wrong and sure someone will let us know otherwise.

If it wasn't o brown I would think padauk, grain pattern looks similar

other than that ... no idea

Does this photo help I wonder? I presume you shot the pen on a white background, so all I've done is remove the pink from the whole photo for you. Is the wood colour any better?

Meranti is my best guess.
