Been a while since I made a pen, I guess I have forgotten more than I ever learnt.

My last trip down south I called in to see my good friends George and Marissa, while we were there he gave me a blank of Irish Bog Oak.
So here it is on a Baron roller ball finished with crystal clear satin acrylic.

You have done a good job of that for a novice..:tongue:

Like the finish and taking the pic of black stuff is a pain and looks good as well.

You are at risk of becoming good at this penturning lark..

Bog oak looks like it's traveled well. :thumbs:
