Pierre the craftsman who showed us the way with captive balls and other most incredible feats of workmanship. I have often thought there are a few Peters however our avatars are individual and I sign off Nil Desperandum.

Yes, I am the one who posted these pics on the American forum, I love to use hand tools.

I already showed and wrote about these pens on Penturners UK and displayed the last photo, the twisted hex, here , with multifaceted reactions from our beloved members. Too bad, the pictures now showed on the thread are not the original ones, due to the forum's recent problems I suppose.

Yup not me mate, I too like to use hand tools but only when making square boxes but Pierre--- is probably better skilled than me I think he might have been a luthier in a previous life :winking:

Ah yes, quite probably. People who were luthiers in a previous life are always quite special :bwink: (there's a few of us about)
