Does anyone know where I could buy some Aluminium honeycomb mesh, to make some pens. I have searched the web but cant find any.

Hi Geordie
An alternative if you search on ebay is aluminium mesh sold to fit behind car grills, it's a lot cheaper that that other link and comes in more than one mesh size as well in natural or black. I bought some a few months ago for behind the grills on my motorhome, I'll look for the link but your gan search for radiator grill mesh.

Here is my link but look for similar on ebay and you'll find the different options.
