The CCBL is a basic lathe the same as many under other names. I have the Charnwood W812 version.
CCBL is what Axminster labeled their Perform version of this lathe, speed adjusted by CV belt driven.
Love em or hate em as many do, they are a goodly work horse but do require regular bearing checks and routine maintenance which a lot of people seem to neglect and then complain about them init?

Seen these over here in Orange, blue, grey, white green, depending on what company is selling them.
Nearly bought a Timbecon orange one once.
