I like ply blanks a lot...
A few pointers... Some can be very dense as the resin used to bond them is tough, sharp tools are a blessing. Some can be very soft and these can be problematic when sanding as the colours bleed ( dark onto light) lots of stopping and sanding sealer can help....
Keep your offcuts and glue them on at 90°,makes longer blanks and an interesting pattern...
