Morning everyone.

New to the forum and just starting out with pen turner.
Got into it by chance after picking up and old Clarke cwl 12D lathe in a job lot of tools.
Have made a few wooden pens now, really enjoy the process and how quick they are to make. My ‘garage time’ is limited due to a young family and full time work, so quick projects work well for me!

Currently just giving my pens away as gifts, but hoping to start selling at some point to.

Also on the look out for a better lathe if anyone has one going in the local Yorkshire-ish area!

Hi Alan and a very warm welcome to you. It's a wonderful hobby is wood turning! Hope you've got some decent turning gouges amongst that job lot as well? Don't forget - we like pics of anything you make :-)
