You didn't waste much time turning those kits into finished pens Keith :thumbs::thumbs: I do find oak burr more than a little tricky but I've got this piece below which I'm told is oak so perhaps I need to get motoring

Miles, it was finished with chestnut acrylic more or less as phil's recommendation
