Thanks for all the positive comments given, its the first piece i have made and liked well enough to post.

Yes she likes it. And yes the top is a let down but all i had at the time. Am now buying some other pewter tops for a couple more i am going to try with other local home grown woods i have.

I think there are 3 , 1 each of teak, mahogany, and iroko !
