Use a pre lubricated L shaped paddle to stir and never lift the bottom of it from the mix until finished.

Don't pour, transfer. Start with no bubbles and there are no bubbles to get rid of, no worries, simples init?

Think about what your doing and how you do it, it ain't rocket science and it don't gotta be expensive nor special equipment.

I ain't saying no more cos I don't want you doing it.

Here's me £15 Pressure Pot. Changed some of the fittings that are shown in the pics so that I could couple it up to my compressor.

Had to blank a couple of ports off and adjust the pressure relief valve. Pumped it up to 50 PSI and left it for 30 mins and there was no drop in pressure.

Just got to make a frame for moulds now.

Frames, moulds, Aluminite to be sorted Paul and exactly what I am going to cast. I intend to do just clear casting to start off so I need to decide what I am going to stick on the pen tubes :thinks:
