Turned a few of Dave's new kits today for our Veterans the Rocket/ bullet in gun metal and the hexagonal one in gun metal the other chrome also some of the new blanks he intends to start stocking.

The rocket/ bullet is made up just the same as the sierra but I found it a much more comfortable pen to write with it sits in the hand just right and your finger and thumb nestle in the concave just nicely.
the Hexagonal also a very nice pen with a much needed positive click mechanism its about time we had a good click pen well done Dave

The new pen blanks are very easy to turn with conventional HSS tools but they do dull quite quickly but with carbide tip tools no problem both tools produce lovely long streams flying through the air LOL the last blank it one I had lying around not one of Dave's blanks and as I turned it a bubble appeared in the white all the way to the tube so when I repaired it it stood out like a sore thumb so I turned the end down and replaced it with black
