Should have said when you were here Peter I have some Holly branches pruned a couple of years ago.
Might just have to use them myself now you have planted the seed in my tiny brain init?

I have to ask my friend, how did you go about making this wonderful masterpiece .. :whistling:

I didn't know I wanted them when I was over at yours, but there is so much Holly within 20 metres of me. I think you should turn some for your grandchildren.

I put it on the lathe and for the first time just listened to the wood and followed instructions.:thinks: It was stop start on the lathe all the time just so I could see what was actually happening with each cut as you couldn't really tell much while it was spinning, with it being so off-centre. It was real fun though, you should try it at least once:thumbs:
