If you make a slimline pen (for example) and put it up for sale on a website do you have to call it a "Slimline"? or can you call it anything you want?

I'm relatively new to casting and now want to cast some stamps or labels on the tube. Can anyone help me with the best way to stick the stamps to the tube without getting glue on the face of the stamps or labels. My first attempts have been spoiled because of this.
