A Chrome Omega Roller-ball pen. Registered Nurse Silver Clip. Made using spalted Hackberry Melamine finish.

Last turned platter from spalted beech, just fine sanded but no finish on it yet. Depends of the final use, melamine or food safe finish. Diameter is 290 mm and 50 mm high.

Spalted Maple like all spalted timber varies ,reveals differently every time. Normal Maple needs a light stain IMHO. Peter.
