I have just turned my first batch of Epsilons. I like the pen, and they were nice and quick to complete, so have potential to make a profit.

I turned them well, even if I say so myself. They were exactly to component size and the ends were perfectly square.

On assembly, I have had a couple of minor issues.

1. On 4 out of the 5 pens, the refill looks like it is about 1/16th of an inch too short- there is not quite enough sticking out when the point is exposed. It this user error on my part? I could have shortened the brass tube a fraction if I had known.

2. On the gunmetal one that I did, the end cover didn't quite click as far on as on the chrome and gold ones. It doesn't matter, but I thought it a little odd. There is a tab inside which prevents it going on further.

Any thoughts appreciated

Thanks
Mark
