My first attempt at the new Shakespeare, a burr hybrid bought on the cheap from Dan when he knocked the price down to clear some stock.
The cast was a bit clear in places so I painted the tube, I forgot (Im blaming a hangover) to "back paint" the blank, hence there is glue visible in bits of the cap:sob::sob::sob:!!
Sanded to 1000 and the usual melanine finish for me and buffed with Menzerna polishing compounds.
Very tidy, solid well made kit.

The blank may have been cheap from Dan but there's nothing cheap about the blank or the pen Freck. A beautiful job.
