Its International Fountain pen Day - lets see your fountain pens

The barrel is a 45-70 and the cap is .444 marlin.
I made it for a mate, the photo was taken a couple of years after he had used it and abused it.

A great showing folks. Just because Fountain Pen Day was last Friday, don't stop them coming. I'm enjoying seeing peoples work being revisted.

I like fountain pen but unfortunately very few people around here do .

Fountain pens are my favourite types of pens, I can't write with them but I think they are beautiful all the same.

Even a bad one looks good (That's just me plucking up the courage to get the 2 I need to do started, Mind you Christmas is sooo far away )

I thought I’d post another couple of pens.
The first pen is dressed in Tasmanian tiger wood from penpal I think.
The second pen is Mistral dressed in silver birch.

Last time I looked it was 60 days.

If they had one it would be used as a spear

You would be surprised what they use.
I must get my act together and post some photos, some of them you will need a strong stomach.
