Well I am nearly ready to give up on this Bugger! decided to try another bit of brass for the overturned one the other week but it ended up crap finishing with some marks.. :vangry:

Not really, I don't give up that easy, Mk 3 should be ok honest! :funny:

I'm sure you will crack it, was the brass a nice consistency or did you have any surprises?

Yes Peter the brass was quite good really, a few rough bits on the outside of the casts which is expected really as I only used bits of steel piping cut down one side of the wall and held together with bits if copper wire and the pipe stuck into some sand, I will def get there :rolling:

I just hope I will get round to melting my own aluminium and now brass, one day, I have a fair collection of scrap now.
